SURAKARTA – The Surakarta City Government received the aid of 1,000 Oxygen Concentrators from the Djarum Foundation.The assistance was handed over by the General Manager of Corporate Development of the Djarum Foundation, FX Supanji, to the Regional Secretary of Surakarta City, Ahyani, at Pendapi Gede, Surakarta City Hall, Friday (11/5/2021).The assistance received included 100 units of Oxygen Concentrator X-NUO M9-10 L, and three units of High Flow Nasal Cannula, as well as a Disposable Set containing 24 units of Bacterial Filter, 12 units of Nasal Cannula, and 12 units of Breathing Circuit."We represent the Djarum Foundation to deliver oxygen concentrators to the Surakarta City Government.Hopefully this tool can be used properly as needed, "said Supanji.This oxygen concentrator assistance is expected to help the people of Surakarta City, in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.Surakarta Secretary Ahyani said the oxygen concentrator assistance would be managed by the Surakarta City Health Office, in an effort to prevent an increase in Covid-19 cases during the Christmas and New Year holidays."The Surakarta City Government is grateful for the Djarum Foundation's efforts to help control, fight Covid-19 in Surakarta City.We will use this tool as a backup only for Christmas and New Year.Hopefully there won't be another spike in Covid-19," Ahyani concluded.Author : Surakarta City Contributor Editor: WH/DiskominfoJtgJl.Hero No.9, Mugassari, Semarang Sel., Semarang City, Central Java 50249Email: ppid@jatengprov.go.id
